Refund Policy
Postponement Policy: All ticket purchases are final. If the Mega-Fest is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. Attendees will have a 14-day window from the postponement announcement to request a full refund (less a 5% administrative fee to cover bank charges). After this period, tickets are automatically confirmed for the new date and become non-refundable. No refunds for line-up changes.
